BD Baazi Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BD Baazi ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the BD Baazi platform at bd-baazi.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BD Baazi platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. BD Baazi recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and use BD Baazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BD Baazi employee.

BD Baazi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts found to belong to ineligible players will be closed and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable law.

Each player may hold only one BD Baazi account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. BD Baazi uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BD Baazi login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BD Baazi will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BD Baazi support immediately.

• Keep your login credentials private and secure at all times.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

BD Baazi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your BD Baazi account balance in real time once the payment is confirmed by the gateway.

Withdrawals are processed to the bKash or Nagad number registered on your BD Baazi account only. BD Baazi does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets, bank accounts not linked to your account, or any payment method not used for a prior deposit. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours.
• BD Baazi may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

BD Baazi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all BD Baazi promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not real money, until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion.
• BD Baazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

BD Baazi monitors bonus usage patterns. If we determine that a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith — for example, by placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements — we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Each game available on BD Baazi — including Fortune Tree, Fortune Bingo, Monkey King, Monster Hi-Lo, Mermaid Fishing, Captain's Bounty, and all esports betting markets — is governed by its own specific rules. All game outcomes on BD Baazi are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of esports betting, by the official results of the relevant competitive event. BD Baazi does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, BD Baazi reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all stakes.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically based on the game's rules.
• Esports betting markets are settled based on official tournament results. BD Baazi is not responsible for delays in result confirmation by tournament organisers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

BD Baazi is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage on esports markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with BD Baazi's platform software.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial activity.

• BD Baazi's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

BD Baazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The player has created multiple accounts.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to BD Baazi or other players.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting BD Baazi support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of your BD Baazi account, you must contact BD Baazi support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

BD Baazi will investigate all disputes in good faith using our transaction records, game logs, and other available data. Our records are the authoritative source of truth for all dispute resolution. BD Baazi's decision on any dispute is final and binding.
